Southern New Hampshire Health System at Pelham offers Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Immediate Care, On-site Laboratory and Radiology Services and Specialty Services.  Specialty Services include Asthma & Allergy, Colon & Rectal Surgery, Endocrinology/Joslin Diabetes Center, Nephrology, Orthopedics/Sports Medicine and OB/GYN. 

Our practice utilizes state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Records (EMR). EMR helps improve patient care. The EMR instantly and securely puts the latest patient health information at the fingertips of our providers, whether in the office, at home, or at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.

Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire: Foundation Medical Partners and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center are proud to announce that we have expanded our Immediate Care program.  Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire now offers care for our patients in four locations - Nashua, Merrimack, Hudson and Pelham!
